Death Could be Rizq.
Ramadan Day 13 and 14 Reflections.
Allah is Al-Lateeful-Khabeer. He is subtle and kind in His ways. He does things perfectly and He is All-Aware. He knows that you're suffering before giving you another test, He knows. He doesn't test you beyond your capacity, please know.
You can't truly comprehend how He does things but He never does pure evil. If you were patient enough to bear whatever test you are in, you'd see the goodness in what you think is evil. Yes, He allows evil things to happen, and things happen in unimaginable ways, but He doesn't make mistakes, they are necessary to happen. What you see as evil is goodness from Allah and what you see as goodness is also goodness from Allah, only if you reflect.
And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allāh, "They are dead." Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not. (Al-Baqarah: 154)
Humanistically thinking, death is a loss and a very sad inevitability, who would have thought that it could be Rizq? Allah is Al-Lateef. He is Al-Khabeer.
Oh, have you read the story of Prophet Yusuf (Alayhis salaam)? Did you see how all those events we'd have called unfortunate are actually from Allah's kindness?
How about Prophet Musa (Alahis salaam)? Did you not notice the subtleness and Rizq in his life?
Or is it the story of Al-Khidr and Musa in Surah al-Kahf? Allah is Al-Aleem and we know not. If you are patient, even the loss of believers will not cause sympathy but jealousy for you.
Let it be that you train yourself to have a good opinion of Allah as He'll be to you just like the thoughts you have of Him. He shows you love and mercy in ways you may not comprehend.
Allah provides Rizq for people differently, He gives just the way He should. The greatest Rizq is guidance, what could be greater?
Let me tell you about Ar-Razzaq.
Ar-Razzaq gives frequently and uncalculatably (I might have to do my own dictionary, I hope you understand what I mean). He provides for whoever He wants, the most beautiful provider my Rabb. His provisions do not depend on anyone or anything but our provisions as humans are all dependent on Him.
You sometimes have to ask Ar-Razzaq if you want His Rizq. He responds to you when you call, ask Him.
Don't be conservative when asking Allah, don't be a minimalist. The cheque is blank, write whatever amount you want, ask shamelessly, you are asking Allah. Allah has all the provisions that you might ever think of and giving you doesn't decrease from Him. Did you not hear that I said He doesn't calculate when giving? He can give you abundantly. Be delusional, it's Allah.
Internalising Ar-Razzaq would teach you to be generous because you know that there is an ultimate provider who never gets tired of giving and He chose to give you, so you give too. Allah provides wealth, sahih. Wealth should be in your hands and not your heart, so that you will be peaceful.
It teaches you to trust Allah without getting anxious, you are trusting the ever-constant. Flexxx, is it not?
It reforms you to be ambitious (not greedy). Please fill in your blank cheque and ask Him tirelessly. He would give whatever is best for you, I promise.
It strengthens your hope in Allah and you become unshaken because you have internalised that your Lord is the Dominant One.
Khayr, bi'idhniLlah.

Ya Razzaq.
Please Grant me limitless Rizk and to spend it your way
